New Community Center Map

I created a new map of the local community centers in Merton and added the Wandle Valley Resource Centre where Merton Centre for Independent Living is located, as it is mentioned in our methodology and was not previously mentioned in the list in section 2.3 and added it to our revised Background chapter for Monday.
